The Brentwood Guest House

Introduction

We are a nine bedroom guesthouse providing a short stay bed and breakfast accommodation.
  The property has four storeys and guest rooms are on the ground,  1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.
  The property is a Victorian Period town house with no lifts and only staircases between floors. 


Pre-Arrival

• Prior to booking we are only to happy to provide any information you require relating to the suitability of Brentwood Guesthouse.


Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• On arrival  guests who travel by car are given parking permits to allow them to park anywhere on Bootham Crescent.


Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area

• A short walk from the front gate to the front door with one step approx 21cm .
• Width of main front door entrance 91cm.
• Natural light with additional artifical light in the porch.
• Reception door width 81cm.


Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc

• There are no lifts or escalators in the property due to age of building.
• All stairs, hallways and landing are carpeted and stairs all have handrails.


Public Areas - Sitting room, lounges, lobbies etc

• We offer our guests the choice of ground floor bedrooms as well as 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms.
• The Dining room is located on the ground floor .


Restaurant / Dining Room, Bar & Bar area, Take Away & Cafe

• The Dining room is located on the ground floor with level access the  entrance is approx 82cm wide.


Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas

• We offer two ground floor double en suite bedrooms.
• Two twin en suite, 
• One single en suite.
• One single with private shower room.
• Three more double ensuite rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor.


Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]

• All our Double  and twin bedrooms have en-suite shower facilites.
• One single bedroom has en-suite facilites.
